Terms of service
Early access terms, version 1, 9 September 2026. Full terms follow before general availability.
The service
Scrapefighter provides a behaviour-based score of how likely a web visit is a person, and tools to act on that score. During early access the service is provided as is, may change without notice, and may be unavailable at times.
Your account and keys
You are responsible for the sites you register and for keeping your secret keys secret. A secret key must never be placed in a web page. You may rotate or revoke keys at any time in the console.
Acceptable use
Use the score to protect your content and your service. Do not use it, or attempt to use it, to discriminate against people, to deny access to services on protected grounds, to identify individuals, or to probe or reverse-engineer the scoring.
Your visitors
You are the controller of your visitors' data. You will describe the use of Scrapefighter in your own privacy notice, and you accept our privacy terms for what we process on your behalf.
Fees
Early access is free within the published limits. Paid plans, when introduced, are billed monthly by usage through Stripe; you will be told before anything is charged.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Scrapefighter is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. No score is a guarantee: a person may be refused and a machine may pass.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.
